Jeff Davis
Managing Partner, Wealth Advisor

Jeff is Founder and Senior Partner of Falcon Financial Management, Inc. (FFM). Jeff is a fee-based Certified Financial Planner® practitioner and has a Series 24 General Securities Principal registration. FFM is a Registered Investment Advisory firm that specializes in retirement planning and wealth accumulation. Jeff has provided financial advice for his clients since 1979. Rooted firmly in his desire to provide quality service for his clients, and in his belief that financial planning is not a one-step process, Jeff created the award-winning Integrated Wealth Management Process™. The Integrated Wealth Management Process is a holistic and evolutionary strategic planning program based on a conversation about your financial affairs for the rest of your life. FFM currently oversees almost $100 million in assets. Jeff has been named to the Barron’s Top 500 Independent Advisor since 2009 and has attended their Top Independent Advisors Summit’s.

Beyond the offices of FFM, Jeff hosts a popular call-in radio show, Dollars & Sense, which airs Saturday mornings on WSKY 97.3 FM from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. Jeff has a lifelong passion for the sport of wrestling; he was a two-time state champion at Miami’s Killian High School and was an All-American wrestler. Jeff wrestled at the University of Florida from 1971 to 1974. He was a team captain and a member of the undefeated 1975 SEC Champions. Jeff received the SEC wrestling honors each of his four years with the UF team. He went on to be the Assistant Wrestling Coach at UF from 1975-1979. Jeff was inducted into the University of Florida’s Gator Greats Hall of Fame in the spring of 2013. Jeff was a member of the Training and Event staff for the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games in Atlanta. He was also the Team Leader for the Florida Junior National Team from 2001-2005. By winning the Junior National Team title in 2004, Team Florida became the first Florida team ever to win a National title. The Florida Amateur Wrestling Association named Jeff the 2004 Coach of the Year. He was inducted into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2004. Within our local community, Jeff stays active on the wrestling mat as founder and coach of the Alachua County Boys’ and Girls’ Club wrestling team…coaching little kids in wrestling as he coaches “big” kids about their money.For his work with the Boys’ and Girls’ Club, Jeff was awarded Alachua County’s Volunteer of the Year Award in 2000. Jeff is an active member of the Board of Directors of the Catholic Charities Board.

Jeff has three children, John, Nick, and Rachel. John and Nick are graduates of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where both were members of the UTC Wrestling team. John finished his eligibility at UTC where he was a three-time Southern Conference Champion, and he is now the head coach of the Gainesville High School wrestling team. Nick currently lives in California following in his father’s footsteps and becoming an entrepreneur. Rachel is a graduate from the University of Florida with a degree in family financial planning and currently works for Denver-based Cetera Group.

 

Darla Greer
Investment Advisor Representative

Darla Greer came to Falcon Financial Management (FFM) with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. During which time she has been employed with various Wall Street firms as an Operations Manager, Financial Representative, and Investment Associate. Darla has a Series 7, 63, & 66 securities registration and holds a life insurance license. She spent three years in Germany working for American Express International Bank before relocating to the Pacific Northwest for 12 years. Darla returned to Florida in 1997 and has been with FFM since then. Darla works closely with Jeff and our clients regarding planning, investment decisions, Required Minimum Distributions (RMD), researching securities and other client needs and questions. She understands the special needs of the caregiver having taken care of her elderly Mom for 14 years. This has proven to be helpful as we serve clients in similar situations. Darla enjoys baking, sewing, and traveling to visit her daughter and family in South Carolina, as well as other adventures with family and friends.

 

John Davis
Client Service Associate

John serves as a Client Service Associate at Falcon Financial Management (FFM), a branch office of CollaborativeWEALTH®. He holds a Series 7 registration through LPL Financial. He also holds Life and Health insurance and Variable Annuity licenses. John services accounts, and provides general ongoing account maintenance. He has also passed the Series 66 exam as he focuses on establishing himself as a future financial planner, and helping his father with implementing ongoing and future financial plans. John previously worked as a Social Studies and General Science teacher before transitioning to the financial planning industry.

John graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a major in History and a combined major in Philosophy and Religion.

 

Rachelle Schoster
Marketing and Events

Rachelle joined Falcon Financial Management (FFM) in January of 2007. Her roles have covered Office Management to Operations and Marketing. She is currently assisting Jeff and the CollaborativeWEALTH® team remotely with various office management duties.

Rachelle graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She also received an Associate’s Degree in Behavioral Science from Daytona Beach Community College.

 

Alexa Greer
Client Service Associate

Alexa started working for Falcon Financial Management as an intern in August 2014. She graduated with honors from the University of Florida in December 2014. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Food & Resource Economics, with a specialization in Business Marketing & Management. She joined our team full-time in January 2015. Alexa comes to us with previous experience as a Financial Representative Intern at Northwestern Mutual. She has her Life, Health and Variable Annuity insurance license. Alexa handles a variety of operational functions including review books, beneficiary updates, distributions, new accounts and account transfers. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, running, and spending time with her niece.
