Lauren Ruston is a Systems and Training Coordinator who works on operational practices to streamline business processes and methodologies and creates standard operating procedures. Lauren believes that by improving workflow, we can increase efficiency, mitigate inaccuracies and oversights, and establish accountability.
In her previous positions, Lauren wrote a Sales Training manual and has extensive experience writing procedures for Salesforce. She has also been involved with training new employees in Customer Service and Sales.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, PA.
