Tia Lawson serves as a Client Service Associate in the Lake Nona office and has been with CollaborativeWEALTH® since October of 2019. Tia works closely with clients by providing exceptional client service, supporting the Lake Nona Branch functions, assisting in safeguarding client assets, and serving as administrative and operational support to our Financial Advisors.

Tia’s previous work experience includes 12 years in law enforcement consisting of road patrol, criminal investigations, evidence, background investigations and being a school resource officer. After medically retiring from the force in May of 2018, Tia gained client service experience as a general manager at a restaurant where she supervised the front of restaurant working closely with staff to ensure customers received exceptional service, completing inventory and setting schedules.

In addition to working out of the Lake Nona office, Tia is currently enrolled at Valencia College where she is working towards earning her Bachelor Degree in Business Organizational Leadership.
